Awareness and the Power of Change
In 600 AD, the ancient Greeks observed and recorded the effect of rubbing pieces of amber against fur. They discovered by doing this an attraction was created, and the fur was then drawn to the piece of amber. We know this today, as static electricity. A few ancient artifacts have been discovered over the years that display attempts by ancient civilizations to harness electrical power in what we know today as the battery. For the next 1000 years, electricity remained mostly a curiosity. In the year 1752, Benjamin Franklin implemented his famous kite experiment to observe electricity, and by doing so identified it's fundamental principles. Since that time, diverse attempts were made to generate and harness electricity, but more than 100 years passed before the light bulb was invented. Previously, man had been using wind, water, and steam to generate power. With this new advancement of generating light and harnessing electricity, the second industrial revolution resulted. As drastically as man's existence had changed when we discovered fire, our new revelations regarding electricity changed life as it was, forever. Thankfully, the Super Intelligence (I call God) that scientists tell us is the Source of everything, continues to operate things in it's perfect design and order. We are governed by a constant inevitability that we can manipulate in a controlled environment, but cannot change. This is also the case concerning the law of gravity. Have you ever seen gravity? We don't actually see it, although our world is governed by this law and we all personally experience it's affect every day. Most of us might never perceive of this scientific law if left on our own, except, we are taught that this law exists. Electricity also existed all throughout the history of mankind, but man could not utilize this power until our awareness opened up and until we were ready to evolve into this new state of existence. In the same way that man could not discover fire until, we were ready to evolve into this next state of existence. Darwin said, " It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is the most adaptable to change". Now, just over 100 years has passed since the invention of the light bulb and we have made many astounding unprecedented technological changes since the early 1900's. It is time for humanity to catch up on a conscious level. In addition to the laws defined by traditional science, there are other sciences, such as, Metaphysics and Quantum Physics, that also define laws that govern our individual experience and humanities existence...
Antony Flew (Professor of Philosophy, former atheist, author, and debater) "It now seems to me that the findings of more than fifty years of DNA research have provided materials for a new and enormously powerful argument to design."
John O'Keefe (astronomer at NASA): "We are, by astronomical standards, a pampered, cosseted, cherished group of creatures. If the Universe had not been made with the most exacting precision we could never have come into existence. It is my view that these circumstances indicate the universe was created for man to live in".
